Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
To preserve the sanctity of the Ashram, all guests must adhere to the following:

Only pure vegetarian diet (sattvic food) allowed.

No smoking, alcohol, or intoxicants.

Modest clothing and conduct; maintain celibacy.

Observe silence (mauna) during designated hours.

Participate in daily satsangs, seva, and meditation.

Lights out by 10:00 PM.

Maintain cleanliness and eco-friendly habits.
Violation of any rule may lead to termination of stay.
